Twelve 6" X 7 1/4" photos of older homes, each with a photographic overlay, showing how the home was improved with added porches and rooms. Added in by hand, 16 plates of homes using Creo-Dipt Stained Shingles, circa 1925. 3 are drawings, 13 are photographs, some with home owner name, architect names, etc, all with Creo-Dipt Tonawanda, N.Y. info. Original binding screw replaced by string when 16 photos added. Sales tool. Overall good.
